The hotel casino at Golden Harbor is a physical gaming floor inside the hotel, open only to adults aged 18 and over. This website does not offer online gambling of any kind. Below is how we approach responsible gaming and where to find independent help.
Our commitments
- 18+ only. Valid photo ID is checked at the entrance on every visit. Nobody under 18 is admitted, even with an adult.
- No packages with gaming. Rooms, meals and spa treatments are never sold together with gaming; the casino is always optional.
- No pressure. We send no gaming offers and give no rewards for playing more.
- A team that listens. Our floor staff will talk with any guest who wants to take a break or stop.
Healthy habits
- Set a time limit and a budget before you start.
- Treat money spent as the price of an evening out, not as an investment.
- Take regular breaks — the bay terrace is a few steps away.
- Never chase losses and never play to escape stress or worries.
- Avoid gaming after drinking alcohol.
A short self-check
If you answer "yes" to two or more questions, consider taking a break and talking to someone you trust or to a helpline:
- Do you often play for longer than you meant to?
- Do you spend more than you planned or can afford?
- Do you try to win back money you have lost?
- Has gaming affected your sleep, work, money or relationships?
- Do you hide how much time or money you spend on gaming?
Self-exclusion
Ask at the reception for a self-exclusion form. Once it is signed, our team will refuse you entry to the hotel casino for the period you choose — you remain welcome in the hotel, the restaurant and the spa.
