The Luzzu Kitchen is named after the painted fishing boats moored in front of the casino hotel. The cooking is plainly Maltese: fish from the morning boats, aljotta fish soup with garlic and mint, rabbit slowly stewed in wine, ġbejniet sheep's cheese with cracked pepper, and bread baked every day.
Breakfast by the water
Pastizzi filled with ricotta or peas, ftira with tomato, capers and olives, seasonal fruit, eggs any way you like and good coffee — served on the terrace until late morning.
Lunch and dinner
Grilled fish of the day with lemon and olive oil, pasta with Maltese sausage, and, in season, lampuki pie. Vegetarian dishes are always on the menu, and the kitchen adapts plates for allergies or dietary needs — please tell us when you reserve.
The Gallarija Bar
A small bar behind a long wooden balcony, with Maltese wines, local beer and citrus drinks, and acoustic music at weekends. The Gallarija Bar is for adults only.
Table reservations
Hotel guests reserve at the reception; everyone else is welcome too — write to info@goldenharbor.rest. Alcohol is served only to adults of legal drinking age, and we encourage responsible drinking.
